How to file a Claim

  1. Choose Your Repair Shop - Take your vehicle to a licensed repair shop of your choice. Find mechanic
  2. ‍Get Authorization - The repair shop contacts Aegis VSC for authorization before starting repairs.
  3. Final Payment - Pay $100 deductible to shop. Aegis VSC pays remaining authorized repairs directly.

Aegis provides coverage for vehicles of up to 250,000 miles on the odometer.

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

Cancel or Transfer a Plan

Transfer a Plan

Yes, with a small fee which is generally $75 but may differ depending on the state. Aegis must be notified of the transfer within 30 days from the date of sale to the new owner. Transfer acceptance must be confirmed by Aegis before the new owner is effectivley covered.
